The mysterious package
The loud knock on the door startled her.
From the CCTV covering the entrance door to the apartment she could see it was only a FedEx delivery driver.
With the chain lock still attached not expecting any delivery she gingerly opened the door.
“I have a package from Australia for Mr James Osborne said the driver. Is he available to sign for it?”
“I’m his wife” offered Melanie
“I can sign for it.”
Addressed to James the packaged was from chingdynastycollection.com
“What adventure back in time are you planning for us now James?” She giggled.
A strange feeling was reaching her from inside the sealed envelope. Not surprised; she knew her senses were finely tuned with the past, since she had held the very first piece of history from the Ching Dynasty Collection.
